ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SERVICE
By becoming a registered user you the user are hereby agreeing to all terms of service. If you do not agree to the terms of service, do not user any of the sites available services.

1. MINORS
By agreeing to the terms of service you have acknowledged that you the user are 13 years of age or older. Any individual below this legal age limit may not and shall not use any of the sites provided services.

2. MODIFING THER TERMS OF SERVICE
Freedoms Press reserves the right to replace or modify the terms of service without notification to you the user. It is the users obligation to review the terms of service and become familiar with any such changes that may occur.

3. PRIVACY POLICY

4. SITE USER AGREEMENT
Upon registration you the user must comply with all terms of service, failure to do so will result in your account termination without prior notice.

5. OBLIGATIONS OF A REGISTERED USER
You the registered user must comply with all registration requirements. As a registered user it is your obligation to provide Freedoms Press with accurate and updated registration information. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the termination of you account. You the user must not use the name of another individual with the intent to impersonate that individual. Furthermore you the user must not use names that are considered offensive, vulgar or obscene. Freedoms Press reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate any account that fails to comply with these terms. You the user shall be held responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password as well as all other private information regarding your account.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

Freedoms Press is designed for personal user only. As a registered user you must:

• Conduct yourself in a proper manner in accordance with the Freedoms Press terms of service.
• Be held responsible for all content in which you choose to publish.

Under any circumstances you the user may not:

• Disrupt site management and operations.
• Use Freedoms Press with the intention of promoting or selling a product or anything commercially related to a business.
• Distribute content to be considered spam or junk mail.
• Harass, abuse, intimidate, threaten or make any remarks to be considered offensive towards other registered users or viewers of Freedoms Press.
• Publish content to be deemed pornographic, misleading, plagiarized or bias.
• You the user must not use Freedoms Press for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, as well as violating local, national or international laws.
• Use vulgar language, which includes but is not limited by racial terms, sexism, plagiarism or any other offensive comments or content.

7. SITE OPERATIONS
Freedoms Press cannot be held responsible for any user content, lost content, site changes, site malfunction or site closure. Furthermore Freedoms Press is not obligated to monitor the site but may do so at any given time.

8. LEGAL LIABILITY
Freedoms Press waives all responsibility for content published by it's registered users and can not be held responsible for the activities of it's registered users. It is the registered users responsibility to behave in a civil and appropriate manner. By becoming a registered user you the user have agreed to these terms of service and waive your right to take any legal action against Freedoms Press.
