Most hated man/woman in history?

The other day I found myself watching old World War II documentaries. Not the American "we saved the world" kind either. It was a more unbiased version that contained an actual story behind it. There were even a few interviews with former Nazi soldiers. This go me thinking who is the most hated man.... or woman in history? Sure Hitler would be on a lot of peoples lists, but I choose not to pick the obvious. My pick would have to be Benito Mussolini.

Sorry dude, I have to say Hitler. Not for setting back society, but for the bombings in London. He murdered over 100 people in those bombings. That is a major war no-no... But it did give the RAF enough time to regroup. It's funny how those things work.
